Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that items are damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, they qualify for a refund. We will arrange free courier pickup for such cases.

Refund Process: We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days upon receiving your parcel at our warehouse.

Refund methods

Credit Card/Debit Card: If you paid for your order using a credit card or debit card, the refund will generally be processed back to the same card. This can take several days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Bank Transfer: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or in some cases, customers may choose to have their refund transferred directly to a bank account. You will need to provide your bank details (account number, bank name, etc.) for this option.

Before making a purchase, it’s advisable to check the store’s refund policy to understand which method we offer, and any conditions associated with refunds (such as timeframes for processing). Always keep communication open with the store’s customer service if you have any questions or issues regarding refunds.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange of the item. Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.
